Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Most merchandise can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.If any of our merchandise is defective claims must be made within five (5) business days of package arrival.  Please note, we cannot refund the delivery cost and a re-stocking fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. All items must be postmarked for return within 14 days. In order to return an item, you MUST FIRST EMAIL US at to receive return authorization confirmation. Not eligible for return are white color wear, knit wear, swimwear items, underwear, tights, socks, stuffed toys, hair accessories, hat and all items on Sale. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. A store credit or exchange will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for the lost packages. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns due to the length of international delivery.

Customs Charges

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We would advise you to contact your local customs office directly. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; if you require further information regarding this, we advise that you contact your local customs office for further information. If you decide to refuse any shipments, we will not issue refunds of any kind. 

- All international orders (outside the u.s.) are not eligible for exchanges or returns at this time.
